On Wednesday, March 30, 2011 at 1:00 pm, the House Small Business Committee held a full committee hearing entitled, Reducing Federal Agency Overreach: Modernizing the Regulatory Flexibility Act.

The purpose of the hearing was to examine the Regulatory Flexibility Act (RFA) as amended by the Small Business Regulatory Enforcement Fairness Act. This hearing laid the foundation for future Committee consideration of RFA reform and agency compliance with the Act.
