On Wednesday, March 20, 2013, at 1:00 P.M., the Committee on Small Business held a hearing titled, Entrepreneurial Assistance: Examining Inefficiencies and Duplication Across Federal Programs. The hearing was held in Room 2360 of the Rayburn House Office Building.

The purpose of the hearing was to provide oversight on fragmentation, overlap, and duplication in entrepreneurial assistance programs across the federal government, specifically between the Small Business Administration (SBA) and the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA)
