WASHINGTON, D.C. – On Thursday, July 22nd, the House Committee on Small Business’ Subcommittee on Rural Development, Entrepreneurship and Trade will hold a hearing entitled, “Coal Combustion Byproducts: Potential Impact of a Hazardous Waste Designation on Small Businesses in the Recycling Industry.”

During the hearing, Committee Members will examine the potential impacts that proposed Environmental Protection Agency regulations would have on entrepreneurs in the recycling industry.
