Misrepresentation and Fraud: Bad Actors in the Small Business Procurement Programs

On Thursday, October 27 at 10:00 am, the House Small Business Committee Subcommittee on Investigations, Oversight and Regulations held a hearing entitled Misrepresentation and Fraud: Bad Actors in the Small Business Procurement Programs.  The hearing took place in Room 2360 of the Rayburn House Office Building.

The purpose of this hearing was to receive testimony on problems of fraud and misrepresentation in the small business contracting programs. Witnesses included the Hon. Peggy E. Gustafson, Inspector General, Small Business Administration and the Hon. Brian D. Miller, Inspector General, General Services Administration.
