On Wednesday, June 6, 2012, at 2:00 p.m. the Committee on Small Business conducted a hearing titled SBA’s Management of its Capital Access Programs. The hearing was held in Room 2360 of the Rayburn House Office Building.

The Small Business Administration (SBA) is responsible for overseeing a credit and equity portfolio of more than $90 billion. The hearing addressed SBA’s oversight of the capital access programs with a special focus on the ad hoc procedures used to manage those programs.
