On Thursday April 11, 2013, at 10:00 A.M., the Committee on Small Business Subcommittee on Investigations, Oversight and Regulations held a hearing titled, "JOBS Act Implementation Update." The hearing was held in Room 2360 of the Rayburn House Office Building.

The purpose of the hearing was to review the SEC's efforts to implement the law and examine how delays have affected small business.
