On Thursday, May 23, 2013, at 10:00 A.M., the Committee on Small Business held a hearing titled, Building America: Challenges for Small Construction Contractors. The hearing was held in Room 2360 of the Rayburn House Office Building.

The purpose of the hearing was to examine barriers to the maximum practicable utilization of small business construction and A & E contractors.
