On Wednesday June 12, 2013, at 1:00 P.M., the Committee on Small Business Subcommittee on Economic Growth, Tax and Capital Access held a hearing titled, The Seasonal Employment Needs of Small Tourism Businesses and H-2B Visa Policy. The hearing was held in Room 2360 of the Rayburn House Office Building. 

The purpose of the hearing was to examine the H-2B visa program and the use of the program by small tourism businesses.
