On Thursday, July 18, 2013, at 10:00 A.M., the Committee on Small Business Subcommittee on Agriculture, Energy and Trade held a hearing titled, The President's Climate Action Plan: What Is the Impact on Small Businesses? The hearing was held in Room 2360 of the Rayburn House Office Building. 

The purpose of the hearing was to examine potential small business implications of the GHG emissions limitations outlined in the President's Climate Action Plan and review the EPA's plans to comply with the requirements of the Regulatory Flexibility Act.
