On Thursday, February 6, 2014, at 10:00 A.M., the Committee on Small Business Subcommittee on Agriculture, Energy and Trade held a hearing titled, ​Duplication Overlap and Fragmentation in Federal Financial Assistance Programs. The hearing was held in Room 2360 of the Rayburn House Office Building.

The purpose of the hearing was to examine the overlap and duplication between guaranteed loan programs operated by United States Small business Administration and the United States Department of Agriculture.
