On Thursday, May 29, 2014, at 1:00 P.M., the Committee on Small Business held a hearing titled, ​Will EPA's 'Waters of the United States' Rule Drown Small Businesses? The hearing was held in Room 2360 of the Rayburn House Office Building.

The purpose of the hearing is to examine the Environmental Protection Agency's and United States Army Corps Engineers' proposed rule to broaden the scope of waters subject to federal jurisdiction under the Clean Water Act.
