On Tuesday, May 13, 2014 the Small Business Subcommittee on Health and Technology held a field hearing titled, Room to Grow: The Benefits of Partnerships in Small Agriculture Business Development. The hearing was held at The Livingston County Government Center, Board of Supervisors Assembly Room, 6 Court Street, Third Floor, Geneseo, NY. The purpose of the hearing was to examine the economic benefits of small agriculture producers entering into contracts and other supply agreements with large processors and retailers.
