FULL COMMITTEE HEARING – The House Committee on Small Business will hold a hearing titled "Reviewing the SBA’s Office of Advocacy Report on the Regulatory Flexibility Act." In this hearing, Member's will examine the Office of Advocacy’s work with the Regulatory Flexibility Act (RFA) and oversight of federal agency rulemaking, as well as discuss the challenges it faces in its responsibility as the advocate of small business within the Small Business Administration (SBA).
