WASHINGTON- The House Committee on Small Business, Subcommittee on Finance and Tax, will hold a hearing entitled, “Legislative Proposals to Reform the SBA’s Capital Access Programs”, on Thursday, July 23, 2009 at 10:00 am in Room 2360 of the Rayburn House Office Building.  The Subcommittee will meet to review legislative proposals in order to improve the accessibility of debt and equity capital for small businesses.
