This week, the House passed common sense reforms to the regulatory process to hold Washington accountable. H.R. 427, the Regulations from the Executive in Need of Scrutiny (REINS) Act, would send rules that will have a significant impact on the economy to Congress for an up or down vote before they can be implemented.
