Chairman Chabot rounded out the list’s top three slots as “one of the most pro-taxpayer members of Congress,” using his role at the committee to meet “frequently with small business owners and policy makers to raise awareness and support House bills that impact the small business community.” The list, including only a few of Members of Congress, also notes the influence wielded on small business by Administration officials, trade organization leaders, Speaker Paul Ryan and President Barack Obama.
