Washington, D.C.— Today, House Small Business Committee Chairwoman Nydia M. Velázquez (D-NY) announced several committee hearings throughout October:
Wednesday, October 6, 2021- 10:00 A.M.- Hybrid Hearing: SBA’s Entrepreneurial Development Programs
- Mark Madrid, Associate Administrator, Office of Entrepreneurial Development, Small Business Administration
Wednesday, October 13, 2021- 12:00 P.M.- Remote Hearing: Growing the Small Business Supplier Base in Government Contracting (Subcommittee on Contracting and Infrastructure)
Wednesday, October 20, 2021- 10:00 A.M.- Hybrid Hearing: Global Supply Chains and Small Business Trade Challenges (Subcommittee on Oversight, Investigations, and Regulations)
Wednesday, October 27, 2021- 10:00 A.M.- Hybrid Hearing: A Review of the SBIC Program (Subcommittee on Economic Growth, Tax, and Capital Access)
Hearings will be posted on the committee’s website one week in advance. Witness testimony will be posted within 24 hours after the hearing’s occurrence.
