LETTER – The House Committee on Small Business wrote to the Acting Administrator Matthew Blum of the Office of Federal Procurement Policy, regarding the recent proposed rule change to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) requiring require certain federal contractors to disclose greenhouse gas emissions and monetary climate related risks and how it will impact small businesses.
