The House Committee on Small Business wrote to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Director, Shalanda Young, and the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs (OIRA) Administrator, Richard Revesz regarding the Food and Drug Administration's (FDA) proposed rule change to prohibit the manufacture and sale of menthol flavored cigarettes and how it will impact small businesses.
