House Committee on Small Business Celebrates Seven Committee Bills Passing on the House Floor

WASHINGTON, D.C. – This week, the U.S. House of Representatives passed seven small business bills under suspension favorably out of the chamber. Chairman Roger Williams (TX-25) issued the following statement on the legislation. “The House Small Business Committee is wasting no time getting to work for Main Street America,” said Chairman Williams. “Small businesses deserve quick, decisive action to improve the state of the economy, lower taxes, and reduce regulatory burdens. These seven pieces of bipartisan legislation are just the first steps we will take in the 119th Congress to drive meaningful change to unleash the golden age of small businesses.” --- H.R 825, Assisting Small Businesses Not Fraudsters Act – sponsored by Chairman Williams (TX-25), Reps.
