House Committee on Small Business Reports Nine Bills Favorably to the House

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Yesterday, Congressman Roger Williams (TX-25), Chairman of the House Committee on Small Business, led a full Committee markup where the Committee passed nine bills considered. Chairman Williams issued the following statement after yesterday’s markup.
"Small businesses are the backbone of our economy, and yesterday this Committee delivered real results for them," said Chairman Williams. "The nine bills we advanced strengthen accountability at the U.S. Small Business Administration, and ensure entrepreneurs have the tools they need to grow, compete, and thrive in our modern economy. The American Dream is alive on every Main Street in this country, and we will keep fighting to protect it for the next generation of entrepreneurs."
