The Effects of the Health Law's Definitions of Full-Time Employee on Small Businesses

On Wednesday, October 9 2013, at 1:00 P.M., the Committee on Small Business Subcommittee on Health and Technology held a hearing titled, The Effects of the Health Law's Definitions of Full-Time Employee on Small Businesses. The hearing was held in Room 2360 of the Rayburn House Office Building. 

The purpose of the hearing was to examine the potential effects of the health care law's definition of 30 hours a week as full-time employment and what this means for employment at small businesses.
