On Thursday, November 21, 2013, at 10:00 A.M., the Committee on Small Business Subcommittee on Contracting and Workforce held a hearing titled, WRONG WAY: The Impact of FMCSA's Hours of Service Regulation on Small Businesses.  The hearing was held in Room 2360 of the Rayburn House Office Building. 

The purpose of the hearing was to examine the direct and indirect economic and operational impact of the new HOS regulation on small businesses.
