On, March 19, 2015 at 10:00 a.m., the Small Business Subcommittee on Contracting and Workforce held a hearing titled, Contracting and  the Industrial Base Part III: Reverse Auctions, Verification and the SBA's Role in Rulemaking.  
 
The  hearing examined issues related to reverse auctions, The Small Business Administration's (SBA) and Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) contracting programs for service-disabled veteran owned small business and the enforcement and implementation of its statutory functions.
