On Wednesday, July 8, 2015, at 11:00 A.M., the Committee on Small Business held a hearing titled, The Calm Before the Storm: Oversight of SBA's Disaster Loan Program. The hearing was held in Room 2360 of the Rayburn House Office Building.

The purpose of the hearing was to examine the challenges faced by the SBA in response to Hurricane "Superstorm" Sandy, including a discussion of a September 2014 report by the Government Accountability Office.
